Some basic requirements are:

• 3 years of brewing experience (Head Brewer experience preferred and prioritized).
• Full understanding of recipe creation and beverage manufacturing including beer production seltzer production yeast management filtration barrel aging packaging etc.
• Formal education in brewing or related field (micro-biology etc.) preferred not required.
• Deep understanding of brew systems (brew house chiller air compressor boiler mill etc.) brewing processes ingredient selection and handling quality control equipment and processes/best practices and packaging processes and equipment.
• Flexible with an ability to prioritize and troubleshoot aptitude for mechanics.
• Great attention to detail.
• Natural leader and mentor.
• Drive for perfection.
• Proven history of steadiness in career looking to find the next long chapter in ones career.
• Excitement and need to be an integral part of a growing craft brewery in Charlotte NC.
• Experience creating new successful recipes.
• 21 years of age and valid drivers license
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Ability to handle and maneuver 165 lbs. kegs
