HCM Onboarding Coordinator

Your Day-to-Day:

As the second-largest privately held payroll provider in the nation were dedicated to delivering top-notch HCM solutions. Thats where our HCM Onboarding Coordinator comes in! Youll work with the implementation specialist and other stakeholders to ensure accurate timely information transfers and benefits implementation. As needed youll also help train internal team members on AllPay and other platforms.

This is a detail-driven role where youll help convert balance and reconcile vital employee data in the system (wages tax liabilities agency POAs banking data etc.) before the first payroll. To make sure everythings set up properly youll perform quality assurance checks to verify proper payroll PTO time entry benefit deductions garnishments and HR processes. If you notice any issues youll promptly bring them to attention and get them resolved. Additionally youll assist with project forecasting communications and alterations as needed to ensure our processes appropriately meet each customers needs.

Our Ideal HCM Onboarding Coordinator:

• Direct hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems SaaS CRM or similar project management technology
• Experience with online time-keeping solutions
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Preferred - bachelors degree
• Preferred - experience using Swipeclock Excel and/or SQL Server
