Job Description

Project/Program:

CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring.

Implement solutions for CNET and REMS refactoring and restructuring project and other projects as needed utilizing tools such as C# .Net PL/SQLand various other programming tools.

Day-to-day Tasks:

Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code using JavaScript Ajax HTML XML and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables create indexes constraints triggers views etc. code stored procedures and packages convert and migrate data when necessary.
• Design Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules calculations and data issues on application reports.
• Mentor and assist other programmers both state and consultant providing guidance for debugging troubleshooting securing and deploying applications data access data communications and system architecture configurations.
• Use a source code repository such as Gitlab Tortoise SVN Azure DevOps for checking source code in and out and branching off new versions of the source code.
• Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application as well as request services from other ITS groups.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
• Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Systems Developer

Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.

Expert:

84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

• 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design configuration deployment troubleshooting performance tuning preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented scalable maintainable single responsibility and highest application security standards.
• 96 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP/Restful APIs message and queue processing and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• 96 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an applications code to meet those requirements.
• 84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries updates stored procedures functions and cursors and Oracle SQL query optimization.
• 36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 36 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later or GitLab for development activities and code repositories.
• 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
