Hardware Technician I NOC Analyst

Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network server and infrastructure alerts across a 24x7 NOC environment
• Identify triage and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering teams as needed
• Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage conference bridges for Problem Management

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Familiarity with monitoring tools
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP routing and switching
• 1 years experience in a NOC or network operations environment (preferred)
• CCNA or similar networking certification (nice to have)
• Experience with Service-Now (nice to have)
• Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments (nice to have)
