Handyman Full Time

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a reliable hands-on Handyman to support general maintenance and repair needs at our Richmond spa location. This role helps keep the facility safe clean functional and guest-ready.

• Perform general building maintenance repairs and preventative-maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and address routine HVAC plumbing electrical fixtures equipment and facility issues.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work area.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate repair priorities to management.

• Hands-on experience with general maintenance HVAC plumbing and electrical work.
• Must provide and use personal tools appropriate for routine maintenance work.
• Reliable organized and able to work independently.

A professional license or insurance is not required for this role.
