What Youll Do
No two days are the same. One day youre installing trim and drywall the next youre walking a customer through an estimate or managing a crew of subcontractors on a kitchen remodel. Youll be the face of Montysdelivering top-tier handyman services and managing relationships with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and scope out handyman and remodeling jobs
- Complete hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades like electrical and plumbing)
- Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects
- Perform work for our membership program clients (routine maintenance and repairs)
- Drop off folders and build relationships with property managers and condos
- Collaborate with third-party referral partners
- Attend weekly team meetings and training
- Represent Montys with pride integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check
- Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle)
- Verifiable experience in remodeling handyman work or general construction
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology for estimates scheduling and communication
