The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a reliable motivated and experienced Gutter Installer to join our growing team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on gutter installation skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship understands the importance of excellent customer service and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant installation carpentry or exterior construction experience and is comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors. Previous gutter installation experience is strongly preferred.

You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team communicate professionally with customers and coworkers and consistently complete installations according to company quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install seamless gutters downspouts gutter guards and related gutter systems
Measure cut assemble and install materials accurately
Safely use ladders hand tools power tools and installation equipment
Perform work on residential and commercial properties
Complete gutter and fascia repairs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all company safety procedures and installation guidelines
Properly maintain company vehicles tools and equipment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of gutter installation skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience
Previous gutter installation experience strongly preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid drivers license required
Ability to safely work from ladders and at various heights
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift construction materials
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Dependable punctual and team-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work overtime when needed
