Guest Service Supervisor

• Lead and support our Front Desk Attendants to keep the front of house running smoothly and the atmosphere lively friendly and organized.

• Ensure our facility is clean well-presented and ready to wow guests.

• Oversee daily operations in our amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members to meet business needs.

• Train coach and motivate Front Desk Attendants and Porters to deliver top-tier service.

• Partner with the General Manager on promotions leagues and special events.

• Communicate effectively with guests team members and leadership in person over the phone and via our POS and PA systems.

• Keep tabs on inventory supplies and equipment addressing any issues promptly.

• Lead by example through our Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) ensuring every guest feels welcome valued and excited to return.

• Respond quickly to guest needs safety issues or incidents with professionalism and care.

• Complete shift reports handle cash or vouchers accurately and help keep operations running seamlessly.

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus).

• 2 years of guest service experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with comfort using Microsoft Office tools.

• A positive attitude calm under pressure and an ability to inspire those around you.

• A lively energetic environment filled with music lights and smiling faces.

• Frequent interaction with large groups families and kids every day brings something new.

• Standing and walking for long periods occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend/holiday availability.
