What Youll Do

This isnt a typical front desk position.

Youll be responsible for creating incredible guest experiences while helping guests discover the services memberships and products that best fit their needs.

Every day youll:

• Welcome guests with confidence and energy
• Build relationships that keep guests coming back
• Recommend services and retail products
• Introduce guests to our Wax Pass Membership program
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals
• Help your team achieve weekly performance goals
• Manage appointments and guest flow
• Maintain a clean organized guest-ready center
• Deliver an experience guests rave about
