Guest Service Ambassador

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Service Ambassador. In this role you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in stay and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guests experience truly exceptional.As part of our leadership team youll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding supporting and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services facilities restaurants transportation and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
