Guest Relations Attendant

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Guest Services Attendant forLIVunLtd Onesty Family Aquatic Centeryou are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously while also delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for energetic can-do attitudes with an excitement for membership sales & services.

MUST be 16 years old or older.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support a culture of committed relationships and engagement that results in increased participation in the clientfacilities membership.

• Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all residents and guests.

• Competently and accurately enter data into the cash register and cash handling.

• Promptly answer phone calls requests and questions.

• Warmly greet and check-in members and guests.

• Perform quality work within the given deadlines and expectations with or without direct supervision.

• Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective smooth effort in providing excellent services.

• Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner with accurate and thorough information.

• Maintain a clean neat organized and presentable front desk area at all times.

• Always exceed membersexpectations and needs.

• Wear location approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive friendly attitude.

• Must have strong attention to detail the ability to multitask and a self-starter attitude.

• Must be a team player patient diplomatic self-motivated organized have excellent verbal skills and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise

• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time

• Must be honest

• Must be able to reach bend stoop and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays to meet business needs as requested.
