Guest Relations Associate – Nashville, TN

The Guest Relations Associate creates a welcoming first impression for restaurant guests by providing friendly and professional service in person and over the phone. This role coordinates guest seating responds to inquiries and supports smooth dining room operations while helping maintain guest satisfaction.

• Welcome guests and provide courteous attentive service.

• Answer phone calls and respond to questions about restaurant services.

• Coordinate guest seating to support efficient dining room operations and service quality.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally prioritizing guest satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to support daily operations.

• Assist other team members with assigned duties when needed.

• Maintain a clean professional uniform and proper personal hygiene.

• Follow applicable health sanitation and workplace safety guidelines.

• Report unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.

• Follow established workplace policies procedures and emergency protocols.

• Maintain punctuality and a professional attitude throughout each shift.

• One to two years of restaurant experience preferred.

• Enthusiastic and guest-focused attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take initiative and work effectively with a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
