Whatyoullown
Own the full lifecycle of SaaS vendors from onboarding through renewal creating efficientcompliantand scalable processes that accelerate business impact
Drive onboarding execution by removing blockers aligning cross-functionalpartnersand ensuring vendors activate quickly and effectively
Shape vendor governance by partnering with Legal Security and Risk to ensure compliance whilemaintainingspeed and agility
Own the Revenue Operations technology budget trackingspends managing forecasts and ensuring alignment with business goals
Improve financial performance byidentifyingcost efficiencies andoptimizingvendor investments across the technology ecosystem
Ensure operational excellence by drivingaccuratepurchase order creation invoiceprocessingand on-time vendor payments
Influence vendor strategy by partnering with GTM Technology and Product teams to evaluate tools scalelicensingand support business growth
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by connecting teams and building processes that improve visibilityefficiencyand outcomes
What you bring
2 to 3 years of experience in vendor management procurement or operations within Revenue Operations Finance or Technology environments
Hands-on experience managing SaaS vendorscontractsand licensing with a focus on business impact
Strong understanding of budgetingforecastingand financial tracking
Experience working with purchase order and invoice workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detailorganizationand a proactive solution-focused mindset
Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust across teams
Flexibility to adapt and improve processes in a fast-evolving environment
Itsa Bonus If You Have
Experience working within Revenue Operations or GTM Technology teams
Exposure to vendor risk security reviews or GRC processes
Experience supporting SaaS procurement or contract negotiations
Familiarity with financial or procurement systems (e.g. Coupa SAP Oracle)
