What You Will Do

• Define and articulate the companys core narrative to establish a strong industry-defining brand.
• Write high-impact assets including case studies blogs sales enablement materials and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the go-to-market team to run data-driven experiments across content and brand marketing.
• Develop and execute an end-to-end event strategy to maximize market presence and lead generation.
• Create materials that empower the sales team with sharper narratives and stronger proof points.
• Build and refine a comprehensive growth playbook establishing channels and testing frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 14 years of experience in marketing preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of creating assets or campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to thrive in high-agency settings.
• Experience in transforming traditional industries and making them feel urgent and important.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI technologies or the insurance sector.
• Experience in managing events and lead generation initiatives.
• Previous involvement in building brand narratives and marketing strategies from the ground up.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $180K offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of this position in driving the companys growth and brand presence.
