Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to provide senior product leadership across multiple product areas and help define the companys long-term product strategy.

• Define product vision and strategy across multiple product areas.

• Lead a portfolio of strategically important products.

• Partner with executive leadership on company strategy.

• Identify major market and product opportunities.

• Establish product operating models metrics and standards.

• Lead and mentor senior product managers.

• Align Product Engineering Design Sales and Operations.

• Drive strategic launches and company-wide initiatives.

• Represent customer and market insight at the executive level.

• 10 years of product management experience.

• Significant experience leading multiple products or product teams.

• Exceptional product strategy and business judgment.

• Strong technical fluency.

• Proven executive-level communication.

• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing product organizations.

• Strong customer market and commercial orientation.

• AI/ML or infrastructure products.

• Developer platforms.

• B2B enterprise technology.

• Experience managing senior product leaders.
