Position Overview:
The Group Fitness Instructor at TOCA Denver is responsible for leading high-energy engaging group fitness classes in their certified specialty. You will serve as a motivator and guide to participants delivering positive experiences through expert instruction enthusiasm and a commitment to health and safety.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
The Group Fitness Instructor at TOCA Denver is responsible for leading high-energy engaging group fitness classes in their certified specialty. You will serve as a motivator and guide to participants delivering positive experiences through expert instruction enthusiasm and a commitment to health and safety.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes in your certified format with professionalism energy and clear instruction
- Deliver an exceptional experience to participants focusing on form safety and motivation
- Arrive fully prepared to teach your assigned classes
- If unable to teach a scheduled class find a qualified substitute and notify the Group Fitness Manager in advance
Qualifications & Experience:
- 01 years of experience in personal training small group training and/or group fitness instruction
- General knowledge and experience in kinesiology exercise science and physical fitness
- Must hold a current certification for the applicable class format (e.g. Les Mills or similar)
