The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Position: Group Coordinator Lead - Trainer
Shift: 2nd Shift M-F 3:30pm-12am
Pay: $23.30/Hr
Additional Incentives: $2.00 Shift Premium

Role Purpose:

Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support and lead the trainers at the site.
• Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
• Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
• Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 year training experience in warehouse setting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
