Grounds Technician & Maintenance Technician I

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a dependable hardworking Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Clovis CA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience who wants to grow their career while training under an experienced Maintenance Technician.

As a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I you will help maintain the appearance cleanliness safety and overall functionality of our apartment community. If you enjoy hands-on work take pride in a job well done and like working both indoors and outdoors wed love to hear from you!

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus benefits
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required as needed

What Youll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness curb appeal and overall appearance of the community.
• Pick up trash remove debris and keep common areas clean and inviting.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
• Complete basic maintenance repairs and resident service requests.
• Perform routine property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Support preventative maintenance and property improvement projects.
• Help ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Learn and develop maintenance skills while working alongside an experienced Maintenance Technician.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on work.
• Reliable self-motivated and team oriented.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
