Lynden Air Cargo is seeking a skilled and dependable Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic to join our maintenance this hands-on role youll inspect troubleshoot repair and maintain the equipment that supports our aircraft operations ensuring it remains safe reliable and mission-ready. From de-ice trucks and power carts to pushback tugs and service vehicles youll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across Alaska and around the world. Other duties may be all work assigned in accordance with established policies and procedures as governed by Lynden Air Cargos Employee Handbook LAC GMM applicable CFRs Manufacturers recommendations Company preferences and needs on all ground support equipment. Records all work performed on the appropriate have the ability to successfully complete all duties and tasks independently and with limited responsibility for the work he/she any abnormal conditions or discrepancies to appropriate Lead A&P Mechanic Maintenance Personnel Coordinator or GSE Manager and lockout/tagout equipment as completion of Company GSE preventative maintenance and/or schedules any required inspections (de-ice truck boom NDT).Purchase and maintain all GSE inventory per Supervisors direction and monthly expenditure report and forecast to Supervisor to include retaining all receipts and invoices for Company recommendations in regards to future GSE attrition related travel globally as needed to support LACs have the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe :To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
