The Greenskeeper I / Laborer provides essential hands-on support to daily golf course maintenance operations contributing to the care presentation and playability of the golf YOULL DOAs part of the Agronomy team your essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide labor support for daily golf course maintenance routine maintenance tasks such as raking bunkers shoveling trimming operating backpack mowers and walk or push mowing with a wide range of golf course maintenance activities as all assigned tasks to established standards with care and attention to golf course etiquette standards while working on the maintenance equipment efficiently and upkeep of equipment through proper use and basic care to maximize equipment life and minimize damage safety concerns or operational issues to supervisors supervisors of any incidents that occur during work to Dormie Network policies procedures and safety programs at all professional appearance standards and wear assigned collaboratively with fellow employees to support an efficient and positive team direction from agronomy leadership and complete assigned tasks with limited with special projects and other duties as assigned by agronomy YOU AREDemonstrates a service-first mindset and supports a hospitality-driven culture aligned with Club standards through daily course respect for members guests and fellow employees through professional and courteous clearly and effectively with supervisors and team reliability professionalism and a positive attitude in completing assigned maintenance effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally physically demanding outdoor a willingness to learn golf course maintenance practices and apply feedback collaboratively as part of the agronomy team while developing independence and the importance of safety and consistently follows safe operating confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends holidays and varying shifts based on Club RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED to three years of prior golf course maintenance or related outdoor labor experience AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and to walk and maneuver on uneven to bend crouch stretch push pull and perform physical labor as to visually inspect turf conditions machinery and to lift and carry up to 50 to operate local machinery when properly to communicate effectively with ACCOMMODATIONSDormie Network is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of this position.
