What Youll Do

The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Develop compelling professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and the public.
• Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.
• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets including:
  • Print materials (posters flyers direct mail reports)
  • Digital marketing assets (social media graphics email campaigns)
  • Presentations
  • Interactive media (GIFs animations video)
  • Websites
  • Branding (logos style guides visual identity systems)
• Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing website content management event materials promotional products office signage presentations and other print and digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent professional experience with 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Strong understanding of digital design layout typography and visual communication across print and web.
• Excellent creative organizational problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
