Were looking for an experienced Designer II to join our Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced collaborative environment where youll help shape the visual identity of multiple consumer brands across ecommerce digital marketing retail packaging and print.
Reporting to the Creative Manager youll own projects from concept through production while partnering closely with Marketing Ecommerce Product Development Sales and fellow creatives to deliver thoughtful high-impact design solutions.
What Youll Do
As a Designer II youll create compelling visual experiences that strengthen our brands and drive business results. Youll balance creative thinking with production excellence consistently delivering polished work on deadline while contributing ideas that elevate both our products and our creative team.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Design and produce marketing assets including website graphics landing pages promotional email campaigns digital advertising catalogs sales collateral presentations and other brand materials.
- Design and optimize digital experiences across Shopify Klaviyo and other ecommerce platforms.
- Partner with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to develop creative that supports customer acquisition product launches promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers copywriters photographers and product teams to concept refine and execute creative projects.
- Present design concepts and clearly articulate creative decisions to stakeholders.
- Balance multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Ensure all creative aligns with established brand standards while identifying opportunities to evolve and strengthen our visual identity.
- Review peer work and provide constructive feedback to improve overall creative quality.
- Maintain organized production files naming conventions and documentation throughout every project.
- Produce accurate production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of design trends ecommerce best practices production methods and our target consumers.

Qualifications
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital and print design.
- Experience designing marketing campaigns for ecommerce or consumer brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience designing within Shopify.
- Experience building email campaigns in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography layout color composition and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production and preparing production-ready artwork.
- Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) retail or ecommerce brands.
- Experience with motion graphics photography illustration or video editing.
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management platforms.
