Are you gearing up to graduate with a bachelors or masters degree and ready to dive into the world of digital marketing PMGs Graduate Leadership Program Media Marketing track offers a full-time role where youll drive tangible results for brands like Nike Therabody and Peloton right from the start. Located in the bustling heart of Dallas at The Link Uptown youll develop industry expertise and build a strong network.

Program Highlights:

• Eight Weeks of Immersive Training: Jump into an intensive 8-week onboarding program designed to catapult you into the media and marketing industries. Think of this as your career launchpad.
• Hands-On Learning: Get ready to take on projects that matter and gain client exposure early in your career. Youll learn the ropes of digital marketing campaign strategy and tech-driven solutionsbuilding the knowledge and confidence to step up as a leader.
• Cross-Channel Media Expertise: Dive into strategies across search social display and video. Youll manage budgets craft campaigns and analyze data to maximize impactbuilding the well-rounded expertise across channels to catapult your career in media marketing.
• AI-Enabled Human-Led Ways of Working: See how AI and automation are reshaping the work of modern marketers. Youll use technology to accelerate research strengthen quality checks streamline repeatable tasks and uncover insights more efficiently. What Were Looking For:

• Academic Prowess: Completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Business Marketing Advertising Communication or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using AI tools to analyze data.
• Work Experience: Prior internships or work experience relevant to the marketing & advertising industry can help your resume standout.
• Authorization to Work: Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
