The Graduate Assistant Visualization Specialist will build visualizations and dashboards for program review and assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple university systems including student information systems learning management systems and other enterprise databases.
• Collaborate with academic affairs student affairs and administrative units to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Ensure dashboards are accessible and embedded within SharePoint and public-facing web platforms as appropriate.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards to ensure accuracy usability and alignment with evolving institutional priorities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources dashboard logic and reporting definitions

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in an applicable field.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University. (Minimum of 9 credit hours during the regular fall and spring semesters and 6 semester credit hours for the summer semester).
• Must be in good academic standing.
