Graduate Assistant Imaginarium (Part-Time)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including filing typing copying setting up appointments travel arrangements and taking messages
• Maintain program database as needed
• Help organize/plan and participate in grant-related activities
• Assist in curation production and distribution of resources boxes
• Oversee program and staff supplies needs etc.

Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Bachelors degree in the field of ministry is preferred

Experience

• Event planning and administrative experience required. Ministerial experience in the local church preferred
