What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards metrics KPIs and executive reports.
• Coordinate monthly quarterly and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams.
• Support change management governance CAB activities and documentation compliance.
• Analyze performance cost security and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of THREE (3) years of overall work experience.
• Experience in governance PMO reporting or operational analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Experience with Power BI Tableau Excel or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics SRE metrics and DevOps reporting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and workflow automation.
• Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives.
