Golf Shop Attendant PT

As a Golf Shop Attendant this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming service-driven environment for members and guests through attentive support professionalism and YOULL DOAs part of the Golf Operations team your essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Promptly assist members and guests with merchandise and booking in members and guests assign golf carts and maintain appropriate members and guests with merchandise questions and transactions and maintain the front merchandise displays are organized and maintained to presentation cleanliness and organization of the golf member requests in a courteous professional and timely with merchandise inventory as other areas of the club as needed to ensure seamless personal appearance standards and wear assigned to all Dormie Networks policies procedures and service collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team greet members guests and fellow employees with professionalism enthusiasm and a willingness to YOU AREDemonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills in daily member and guest clearly and professionally both verbally and in solid organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandise handling and operational time effectively and balances multiple responsibilities throughout the basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to routine independently within assigned responsibilities and seeks guidance when proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software to support daily follows written and verbal instructions and established confidentiality when handling sensitive proprietary or member-related to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings weekends holidays and varying shifts based on Club operations and member RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED experience in a customer service or hospitality role AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing and to bend stretch twist and to visually inspect merchandise items and member equipment for cleanliness and to lift and carry up to 50 to communicate effectively with ACCOMMODATIONSDormie Network is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of this position.
