Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Turf Maintenance:Mow greens tees fairways and roughs to precise heights. Rake sand bunkers and edge cart paths.
- Landscaping:Plant and trim trees shrubs and flowers. Lay sod and pull weeds manually.
- Equipment Operations:Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g. string trimmers leaf blowers tractors and utility vehicles).
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements:Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) bend squat and stand for long periods.
- Conditions:Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat rain and cold.
- Schedule:Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g. 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times) weekends and holidays to prepare the course before peak play times.
- Experience:Previous landscaping groundskeeping or golf course experience is a plus.
