Syngentas Golden Harvest Seeds Marketing Team is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern in Lisle IL. 

As part of Syngentas Emerging Talent Program you will gain hands-on experience exposure to day-to-day business operations and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills. 

Accountabilities:

• Implement Brand Channel and Farmer objectives
• Conduct Customer & Market Research to gather Farmer insights and market trends.
• Create clear audience-tailored marketing content aligned with brand and product strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information; maintain CRM data as part of the process.
• Build and maintain project timelines ensure the on-time delivery of campaign materials and event resources.
• Assist in planning and executing key summer brand events and activities.
• Develop basic product knowledge.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the student must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline with a graduation date on or after December 2027.
• Requires developed specialized skills or a breadth of skills through job-related training on-the-job experience and coursework.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.

Desired Qualifications:

• A demonstrated passion for agriculture and food production is a definite asset.
• Knowledge of marketing processes data insights and analytics agronomics general cropping practices agricultural technology and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills comprising strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead be self-directed and work as part of a team.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. with a work location in Lisle IL or remotely for the right candidate.

Additional Information :

Salary for this position ranges between $20 - $45 hourly.
