GMT Partnership Specialist

is hiring a GMT Partnership Specialist to own and grow our partner relationships across global markets. This is a mid-level execution-focused role for someone who has built partnerships before understands how to move deals forward across time zones and is deeply familiar with the AI startup ecosystem.

Youll be the person who keeps the pipeline moving partners engaged and programs producing results operating independently across a global partner base.

What Youll Do

• Own a portfolio of active and prospective partnerships across global markets with a focus on GMT-aligned regions
• Identify and develop new relationships with AI startups developer tools accelerators and founder communities
• Execute co-marketing campaigns referral programs and integration initiatives with partners
• Manage partner onboarding activation and ongoing engagement
• Track pipeline health partner performance and program outcomes in CRM
• Represent Atom in partner conversations ecosystem communities and relevant industry spaces

What Were Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships business development or ecosystem roles
• Familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem and comfort operating in global cross-timezone environments
• Proven ability to move partnerships from early conversation to active producing relationships
• Strong communicator clear responsive and reliable across async and live settings
• Self-directed with strong pipeline management habits
• Startup or marketplace background strongly preferred
