Requirements

What Youll Do

Perform accurate diagnosis maintenance and repairs on GM vehicles

Diagnose complex electrical drivability engine transmission HVAC and chassis concerns

Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to GM procedures

Utilize GM diagnostic equipment service information and technical resources

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Perform multi-point inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs

Properly document diagnostic findings and repairs performed

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

Work closely with Service Advisors Parts and other technicians to ensure an excellent customer experience

Stay current on GM technical information service procedures and product updates


What Were Looking For

Previous professional automotive technician experience

GM dealership experience preferred

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical concerns

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical service information

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable dependable and self-motivated

Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

ASE certifications are a plus

GM certifications are a plus
