Globality Bid Squad Lead Fixed Income Product

The Role

Client is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Fixed Income Product Solution teams digital trading experience. As a Senior Associate you will serve as a squad lead and product owner to prioritize define and implement product initiatives utilizing Agile product development processes. The group is looking for someone who enjoys working in a highly collaborative fast-paced dynamic environment and who has experience with product development fixed income trading brokerage operations data analysis and high-level technical components. The role offers the opportunity to absorb and synthesize complex information hone problem-solving skills and improve processes using an innovative product perspective.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelors degree required preferably in Finance Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or other relevant quantitative discipline
• 5 years of successful professional experience in the financial services industry with a focus on one or more of the following: product development fixed income trading brokerage operations infrastructure technology systems analysis data analytics
• Critical thinker analyzing relevant data to draw conclusions troubleshoot problems and make appropriate decisions
• Team player collaborating across diverse business partners such as Technology Sales & Trading Legal/Risk/Compliance
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership when addressing anything that poses a risk to our customers or our business
• Effective communicator fostering positive relationships through stakeholder engagement and timely responsiveness
• Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curious and self-motivated to learn connecting the dots across projects and products
• Experience with SQL KDB/Q and/or Snowflake preferred
• Series 7 and SIE required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
