Global Senior Manager, Physical Security and Safety

What You Can Expect
You will lead Zooms global physical security and safety program. Youll shape strategy across 30 locations partnering with cross-functional teams. You will build a culture of safety that protects people and operations worldwide.

About the Team
Our team safeguards Zooms people facilities and assets globally. We collaborate across Real Estate Facilities and Legal to embed security into everything we do. We exist to ensure every Zoomie feels safe.

Responsibilities

• Leading the global physical security program including access control visitor management badging security systems and guard operations across all Zoom locations.

• Directing environmental health and safety functions encompassing emergency response business continuity and crisis management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

• Developing and implementing security policies procedures and risk-mitigation strategies that align with organizational growth and facility design

• Managing vendor relationships law enforcement partnerships and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective high-impact security operations

• Building and mentoring a geographically distributed security team while driving security awareness training and workplace violence prevention initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Have 10 years of experience in corporate physical security including 5 years leading global multi-site security operations

• Demonstrate experience developing and implementing physical security programs for technology companies with distributed facilities

• Apply working knowledge of security technologies such as access control systems video surveillance intrusion detection and security operations centers

• Lead crisis management emergency response and business continuity planning efforts across multiple geographies

• Build and develop security teams across multiple locations fostering collaboration and accountability

• Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels including senior leadership and external agencies

• Non-Essential: Hold professional security certifications such as CPP or PSP or equivalent practical experience

• Non-Essential: Possess a degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or a related field or equivalent practical experience

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
