CadencesGlobal Security team helps protect our peopleworkplacesandoperationsacrossthe Cadenceglobal footprint. We are looking for a GSOCSeniorManager todrivethe strategy governance and performance oftheGlobal Security Operations Center(GSOC)program.
You will report to theDirector Global SecurityAMERand work with regional security teamsFacilities IT HR Finance Legal vendors and other internal partners.
What You Will Do
Strategic Evolution:Lead the transition of the GSOC from traditional monitoring to a proactive AI-enabled hub of actionable intelligence.
Program Governance:Define andmaintainglobal standards compliance and KPIs that elevate the performance of our regional security teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership:Act as the primary liaison between Physical Security IT HR and Legal to harmonize incident response and business continuity.
Continuous Improvement:Utilizedata-driven insights tooptimizestaffing vendor performance and technology ROI.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a strategic leader who balances high-level program governance with the hands-on technical fluencyto modernize a global GSOC.
Strategic SOC Leadership: Proventrack recordin managing 24/7 security operations including global incident command threat assessment and business continuity planning.
Technology & Data Fluency: Direct experience integrating physical security systems (Access Control video surveillance Case Management) andleveragingAI/data analytics to turn raw alerts into actionable intelligence.
Operational Excellence:Expertisein vendor management fiscal oversight and the implementation of KPIs that drive measurable performance improvements.
Global Influence: Ability to manage and mentor diverse teams across time zones fostering a culture of collaboration agility and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
The Essentials (Must-Haves):
5 years in a leadership role within a global SOC or high-volume corporate security environment.
Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets SLAs and vendor performance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple time zones.
The Advantage (Nice-to-Haves):
Advanced certification (e.g. CPP PSP PMP or equivalent).
Technical fluency in systems integration (API workflows security automation platforms).
Experience scaling a security program during a period of organizational growth.

The annual salary range for California is $144200 to $267800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus equity and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
