Were looking for organized detail-focused individuals to help coordinate accommodations reservations schedules and travel-related logistics for clients in a remote environment.

As a Global Operations & Accommodation Coordinator youll help keep lodging details confirmations timing and client information accurate while supporting additional trip components when needed.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research and compare accommodation options
• Assist with reservation and confirmation details
• Track check-in dates schedules and important updates
• Coordinate transportation and activity information when needed
• Help manage changes special requests or adjustments
• Follow up on pending details
• Maintain accurate client and planning records
• Support general travel operations throughout the planning process

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear professional communication

• Ability to manage multiple client requests

Experience in hospitality reservations operations customer service scheduling administration or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
