Global IBS Operations Watch Technician

The Opportunity:

As a Global Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Support Center (GIBSSC) IT Operations professional you will have the opportunity to ensure high availability and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies producers and combatant commands.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor identify and report anomalies on the physical data link network and support layers of the IBS Enterprise
• Monitor health and status of local and wide-area networks telecommunications and circuit switching systems
• Document deficiency reports triage track and coordinate engineering support for resolution
• Maintain/log outage and status messages for the IBS Enterprise
• Provide 24/7 support and troubleshooting for system users worldwide.
• This is a shift work position.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS SCI clearancethrough undisclosed customer w/Poly
• Direct experience related to government messaging systems

Desired:

• AS degree in technical field 3 years of experience
• 3 years specialized experience directly related to the Integrated Broadcast System
