PGIM Real Estate is seeking a senior executive to lead end-to-end servicing and asset-level administration for commercial real estate loan portfolios totaling $135B in AUM/AUA. The Global Head of Servicing for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services includes leadership responsibility for a globally distributed team of more than 160 employees. The role ensures operational excellence across servicing and asset management functions and partners closely with Originations Portfolio Management Legal Finance Treasury and other senior leaders to ensure the platform operates smoothly scales thoughtfully and continues to meet the needs of borrowers investors and regulators.
What you can expect:
- Set the strategic direction for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services and ensure consistent highquality servicing and asset management across all capital sources including domestic and international investors and borrowers agency programs and Agriculture portfolios.
- Drive scale automation responsible artificial intelligence adoption data quality system integration and workflow optimization to improve operating leverage consistency insight generation and control discipline.
- Provide leadership over business planning governance controls regulatory readiness audits and accountability across a complex portfolio of Agriculture and commercial real estate credit and equity investments.
- Build lead and develop a highly experienced tenured PRELS team across Servicing Asset Management Investment Operations International & High Yield and Business Strategy & Support.
- Own full P&L and budget accountability making disciplined tradeoffs across cost capacity risk service levels and long-term platform investment.
- Represent PGIM externally as a senior point of contact for borrowers investors agencies warehouse lenders rating agencies trustees auditors and thirdparty providers.
- Support strategic growth initiatives new product launches servicingrelated due diligence for acquisitions or portfolio transfers and early-stage default management coordination with special servicing or workouts when applicable.
- Maintain a strong control environment across the platform including regulatory readiness and successful execution of frequent financial and operational reviews and audits.
- Drive performance goals staffing models and succession plans aligned to platform growth and complexity.
- Own the borrower experience postclosing including ongoing relationship management and issue resolution. Resolve complex and escalated servicing issues while maintaining strong client and borrower relationships.
What you will bring
- 15 years of commercial real estate servicing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Deep understanding of CRE loan structures servicing agreements cash management and investor reporting.
- Experience supporting agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA) balance sheet CMBS or private credit portfolios required
- Proven ability to lead teams through growth complexity and regulatory scrutiny.
- Strong executive level communication judgment and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust tech and AI skills.
