Global Education Intern (Summer 2027 Internship)

Under the direction of Global Education the Summer Intern will work with the Global Training Content Team to assist in designing and development of content that could be internal or external facing. The intern will be an active participant in many activities including program implementation content design and development and reporting.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with content developers within the Global Education team to assist with the design development and maintenance of training assets.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g. Google Gemini Google Notebook Claude Code) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation.
• Communicate with leadership and peers on project progress and business value.
• Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Additional support for the training team as needed.

Additional Qualified Skills

• Knowledge of content development tools (e.g. Articulate Camtasia) preferred
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Adult Education Content Design/Development or a related field with a graduation date during or after December 2027.
