Job Summary
Position Summary
The Global Admissions Specialist works as a member of the Graduate and Global Team in support of admission of both international undergraduate international graduate and domestic graduate students. Responsibilities include managing processing and evaluating admission documents maintaining consistent communication with prospective and active students while providing administrative support to the populations that the department serves.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Process manage file and update applicant records in the CRM system accurately and efficiently. Serve as a Designated School Official ( DSO ) issuing I-20s and ensuring compliance with SEVP regulations. Communicate with and support students throughout the enrollment funnel through international admissions inbox telephone and in person. Serve as counselor for undergraduate international students assisting with registration outreach Monitor and resolve data integrity issues on an ongoing basis; perform audits across the admissions funnel Collaborate with team for student orientation and associated events Collaborate with team for recruitment opportunities and outreach targeting international and graduate student populations. Other duties as assigned by Director of Graduate and Global Recruitment
