Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Gloucester office.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Oversee the daily operations of home care services
• Manage scheduling and help ensure strong client-caregiver matches
• Maintain effective communication with clients families caregivers and care teams
• Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction
• Lead coach and support office staff and caregivers
• Assist with caregiver recruiting onboarding and retention
• Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company standards
• Manage reports documentation and payroll preparation
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2 years of home care experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

EDUCATION

Associates or Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services preferred
