As patient demand continues to rise we are seeking a BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical volume with a well-established glaucoma referral network and a strong cataract patient base.

Our current glaucoma surgeon is operating at capacity creating an exceptional opportunity for an incoming physician to build a busy practice immediately. The opportunity offers an ideal 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract care with strong surgical demand from day one.

Practice in a newly developed ASC featuring 6 modern operating rooms advanced technology efficient surgical workflows and exceptional clinical support staff dedicated to physician success.

Guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus production model
