In this role youll work alongside Generis leadership and operations teams to strengthen business processes improve internal systems and support the organizations growth. Youll gain hands-on experience across multiple business disciplines learning how technology administration and strategic operations work together to help an organization serve its clients effectively.

As Generis expands its reach to more churches and faith-based nonprofits youll have the opportunity to contribute ideas solve real-world challenges and help develop scalable systems that allow the team to work more efficiently. Youll receive direct mentorship from the President and Chief Operating Officer along with opportunities to learn from other leaders across the organization.

This residency is ideal for someone who takes initiative pays attention to detail adapts to change and enjoys asking questions and discovering better ways to work.
