What Youll Lead

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover
• Turn project strategy into action across labor schedule materials equipment and subcontractors
• Lead and develop Superintendents Foremen and high-performing craft teams
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field
• Leverage prefabrication technology and planning to improve productivity and execution
• Set the standard for safety quality accountability and craftsmanship
• Build trusted relationships with customers GCs inspectors vendors and trade partners

What You Bring

• 10 years of progressive mechanical plumbing or industrial construction experience
• Plumbing and or piping experience
• Proven success leading complex projects multiple crews and field leaders
• Deep expertise in labor planning scheduling productivity quality cost and project execution
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams
