Job Summary

General Practice Dentist Dallas TX

A growing dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive and cosmetic dental care in a supportive clinician-focused environment. The role offers clinical autonomy access to mentorship and continuing education and opportunities for long-term professional development. Both new graduates and experienced dentists may be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and cosmetic general dentistry services

  • Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Perform a range of general dental procedures including crowns bridges endodontic procedures surgical extractions and clear aligner treatment

  • Establish and maintain strong long-term patient relationships

  • Provide high-quality care while maintaining professional and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with other dentists and clinical team members

  • Participate in ongoing clinical education training and mentorship

  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow applicable clinical and safety standards

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

  • Current or eligible dental license required to practice

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care

  • Willingness to pursue ongoing clinical education and professional development

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other dental professionals

  • New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome
