Job Summary
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Noble Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage services and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and manage hospitality teams providing clear direction coaching and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Supervise guest services to ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality that aligns with brand standards and exceeds expectations.
- Manage hospitality operations budgets including revenue management cost control and financial planning to optimize profitability.
- Utilize Marriotts PMS (Agilisys) and reservation systems to coordinate bookings monitor occupancy rates and improve revenue streams.
- Maintain hotel guest service standards by implementing policies on customer service phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures.
- Oversee human resources functions such as staffing training compliance with labor laws and employee relations to build a cohesive team.
- Monitor hotel guest relations by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all touchpoints.
- Conduct regular audits including night audit procedures and property inspections to uphold safety standards and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors suppliers and service providers to ensure quality supplies and services are maintained.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the owner
- Pass all inspections including but not limited to Marriott BSA and Fire/Life Safety.
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Hotels with Food & Beverage and banquets departments are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management operations including revenue management budgeting financial operations and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively across multiple departments.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing daily hotel operations such as front desk management night audit procedures guest services standards human resources practices and hospitality reservation systems.
- Experience managing hospitality operations budgets with a focus on maximizing revenue while controlling costs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences in resort or hotel environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on lead by example work style.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service scores and 3rd party review sites.
