Position Overview
Supporting a renowned QSR brand the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership daily operations and business performance giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day.
This position entails a 5.5 day work week with Sundays being required. The brands peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage the recruiting hiring and training of team members
- Build a positive accountable team culture
- Provide ongoing feedback recognize performance and resolve team concerns
Operations & Guest Experience
- Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
- Maintain brand standards cleanliness and food safety
- Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
Business & Financial Performance
- Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
- Control labor food costs and cash handling
- Review performance and take action to improve results
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling payroll inventory and ordering
- Forecast staffing and business needs
- Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hands-on role
- Basic math problem-solving and computer skills
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: $52000.00 - $62000.00 per year
