General Manager Quick Service Restaurant Chicago Southland
A fast-growing QSR franchise group in the Chicago southern suburbs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our high-volume locations. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a franchise that is actively expanding candidates who perform have a clear path to multi-unit responsibility.
The Role
As General Manager you will have full ownership of your restaurants operations people and financial performance. You will set the standard for service culture and execution on every shift. You will be expected to drive sales control costs develop your team and consistently deliver results against key metrics.
What Youll Do
Lead schedule and develop a team of hourly and supervisory staff. Manage P&L including labor food cost and waste. Maintain brand and operational standards at all times. Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues. Own the hiring onboarding and ongoing coaching of your team. Coordinate with ownership on goals reporting and growth initiatives.
What Were Looking For
2 years of General Manager experience in a quick service or fast casual environment. Proven ability to run a shift read a P&L and hold a team accountable. Strong communicator with a hands-on management style. Comfortable in a fast-paced high-volume operation. Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.
Compensation
Base salary $55000$65000 depending on experience plus performance bonus. Benefits package available.
