General Manager Pure Green

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations profitability and strategic direction of the lawn care and chemical services branch >$7M.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business management horticulture or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. in business management or industry-related areas) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the lawn care landscaping or chemical services industry with at least 5 years in management.
• Proven experience in managing large teams driving revenue growth and overseeing complex operations.
• Experience with P&L management budgeting and strategic business planning.
• Obtaining and maintaining applicator license(s) by applicable state(s) is required.

General Responsibilities:

• Supervise the management of daily field operations ensuring all services are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
• Lead manage and motivate a team of supervisors and support staff to ensure they meet performance and quality goals.
• Oversee the management of scheduling ensuring optimal route planning and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
• Responsible for management of branch inventory (chemicals tools and equipment).
• Monitor service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are met resolve service issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Report performance results to senior management and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and manage the branch budget focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure that the company adheres to all local state and federal regulations regarding pesticide use chemical application and worker safety. Manage audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
