General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to run the show lead a large team and create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Nights weekends and holidays are when the energy is highest so flexibility is a must.

• Oversee all operations of a high-volume multi-attraction entertainment center

• Manage P&L budgets labor and inventory to drive results

• Lead coach and develop a diverse team across food & beverage amusements and events

• Ensure attractions games and facilities are safe clean and guest-ready

• Deliver consistent top-level guest service and resolve issues quickly

• Engage with the community and support leagues promotions and events

• 7 years managing large teams in hospitality entertainment or restaurants

• Proven track record with P&L cost control and operational excellence

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach motivate and hold teams accountable

• Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
