Job Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results
• Positive high-energy leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Strong organizational communication and coaching skills
• Ability to develop future leaders and build a positive team culture
• Must love pizza!

Compensation

$70000 - $80000 annually

Performance Bonus:Up to$13000 annually
($1000 per period 13 periods per year)

A Day In The Life

As the General Manager youll lead every aspect of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive.

Youll spend your days:

Coaching and developing future leaders

Building a positive high-performing culture

Hiring onboarding and developing team members

Leading a team of up to 75 team members

Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences

Driving sales profitability and operational excellence

Managing labor scheduling inventory and food quality

Monitoring restaurant financial performance

Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins

Ensuring compliance with food safety sanitation cash handling and company standards

Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business
